CollaborApp TM is the first digital tool for collaboration across environments for use by families impacted by disabilities. Made by families sharing the same challenges, it is free on the app store for households and it is built on, and fully integrated with, Salesforce, the worlds largest CRM. CollaborApp TM is also available on a licensing basis for vendors who wish to use the platform as a client relationship management (CRM) tool.

CollaborApp TM moves clients with disabilities, and their treatment teams, to a secure, digital environment for collaboration that has been informal and paper based until today. CollaborApp TM is a digital tool for individuals with disabilities to utilize for fidelity of implementation across environments. Caregivers, in home staff, and providers implementing the treatment plan utilize CollaborApp TM to gain access to one source of truth per consumer in a real time environment in order to implement treatment protocols for consistency across environments for people with disabilities.

The home screen has real time "need to know" information for caregivers and staff as there are shift changes during the day. CollaborApp TM also maintains a digital calendar for each consumer notifying the team of daily activities and locations they need to navigate. The documents library has critical documents that the team can access such as treatment protocols, health information, insurance cards, IEPs, IPPs, etc. in a secure environment and team members/caregivers can gain access to each other via the address book and/or send messages to the team 24/7 for real time delivery of important information simultaneously to all individuals who have been invited to connect.
